Hello, and welcome to C84 Elite University! My name is Draylen Ross, and I am the proud Founder and CEO of this groundbreaking youth development program for the inner city youth of Fort Worth, Texas. As a former NFL Tight End for the Chicago Bears and successful business owner, I have dedicated my life to empowering the next generation and providing them with opportunities for a brighter future.

Born and raised on the Northside of Fort Worth, Texas, I have always been passionate about my community and the people who call it home. A proud alumnus of Diamond Hill Jarvis High School, I went on to further my education at the University of North Texas, where I honed my skills as an athlete, leader, and entrepreneur.

Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to experience the highest levels of success, both on and off the field. Yet, it was during my time as an NFL player that I realized the power of mentorship and the role it played in my own journey. I knew that I wanted to give back to my community and inspire the youth of Fort Worth, Texas, to reach for their dreams and achieve greatness.

This vision led me to create C84 Elite University, an innovative program designed to empower and uplift the inner city youth through academic support, mentorship, and athletic training. Our mission is to provide these young individuals with the necessary tools and resources to develop into well-rounded, successful adults, no matter their chosen path.

Our team of dedicated professionals, coaches, and mentors work tirelessly to ensure that each and every student feels supported and encouraged to pursue their passions.
